International Women's Day

International Women’s Day (8th March) is an occasion marked by women’s groups around the world. Women come together to celebrate this day and recognise women’s achievements in the challenge for equality, justice, peace and development.

Synchronicity, a series of special exhibitions and events in Cardiff, celebrating International Women’s Day 2008. This year’s activity was financially supported by the Welsh Assembly Government and Cardiff County Council.
